Garden Industries

The Garden Industries logo was originally inspired by the Barberini bee, an image you find sprinkled throughout the art and architecture of the late Italian Renaissance. As the symbol of the prominent Barberini family, who were frequent patrons of the arts, this bee became an icon synonymous with taste, beauty, and elegance.

In our modern world, the symbol of the bee has even further elevated significance. As a precious component of the fragile ecology of our globe and a symbol of the delicate balance of nature, the image of a bee takes on new meaning.

The Garden Industries logo is our attempt to capture the style of the Barberini bee, the connection of the bee to cultivating healthy plants and nature, and coordinate it stylistically with the logo of Garden Industries’ sister company Botanica, who had a preexisting logo.

We also built the Garden Industries website.

Incidentally, for a regular dose of stunning botanical photos, we definitely recommend following Garden Industries on Instagram (@mr_plant_man).

The logo and branding identity in use:

The three-color alternate Garden Industries logo incorporates the green from the logo of Botanica, a sister company. In order to further coordinate with the Botanica logo, we also used the same font.
